leaves and unopened buds are carefully gathered
and processed exclusively by hand.The result is a tea that
appears intricately woven with large and beautiful white
tips. It produces a very light cup that is noticeably sweet,and infused with a fresh, delicate scent.

To steep use 1½ tsp per 8 oz in steaming (165°) water for up to 1½-2 minutes
Iced tea (8 servings) ¼ cup tea, 8 cups cold water, steep for 1-3 hours in fridge, sweeten to taste. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
